Tanisha Criss-Howell is known for her amiable personality.  She is the youngest of 3 children whose parents taught her the value of giving and having compassion for others.  Growing up as a military child afforded her the opportunity to interact with individuals from different socio- economic and racial backgrounds.

Tanisha first entered the corporate arena as a Recruiter, after obtaining a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. She was immersed in the industry, ultimately shaping the lives of many. She created a six-stage interview plan, which guided hundreds to become better test takers, interviewees and goal- oriented professionals. This pedagogical style, self-crafted and designed, attributed to Tanisha’s success as a Recruiter.
