Bianca Mason is a Principal Consultant specializing in Global Finance Transformation, Cloud Technology, ERP Strategy and Software Implementations, with expertise across many verticals such as FinTech, Not-for-profit, Financial and Professional Services, Manufacturing (FPM), Insurance, and Retail. In 2018, she and her partner combined over 35 years of industry experience with their passion for supporting underrepresented groups in business, to start NewOp Ventures, a venture capital firm that provides funding to Series A startups that either destabilize current industries, or create them. As a Co-founder and Managing Partner, she has been working to continually evolve the venture investment thesis to aid in diminishing funding disparities in businesses founded by women and people of color.

Bianca contributes much of her free time to the causes that she is most passionate about – advancing financial literacy in the black community, preventing voter suppression in marginalized groups and improving early childhood development in underserved communities. In addition to volunteering and fundraising for these causes, she also serves on the Board of Directors at Reach Out and Read, a childhood literacy Nonprofit and on the Advisory Board at Magnolia CDC, a Nonprofit community development corporation that provides affordable housing opportunities, stimulates investment in stagnant or declining communities and improves the quality of life for low to moderate income families.

For fun, Bianca likes to play poker, golf and drink wine. In addition to her goals of working with The Love Project 404 to save the world, she also has aspirations of entering the World Series of Poker, driving her golf handicap down to under 30 and becoming the 277th person to pass the Master Sommeliers Exam. Bianca holds a BS in Bioengineering from Louisiana State University.
