Ava Khoshravani has worked as a talent acquisition consultant & career coach for over 15 years helping Fortune 500 Companies expand their diversity and inclusion from a tagline to a reality . Recruiting C-Suite level professionals to global account executives, her passion is placing people in their dream job. She helps rebrand employees into leaders that can either move forward within a new organization or become visible in their current role. Her rebranding strategy is simple, it begins with a whiteboard full of goals, followed by a resume shift and on to social media platforms to lean in and grab hold of opportunities and put your brand to work for you.. Ava previously served as the Young Democrats of America Community Service Chairperson, the Democratic Party of Georgia State Committee Member and the Host of NewsMaker’s Live (an Urban politico news talk show filmed in Atlanta).
